Client Relations Manager / Entrepreneur / Wyze Founder
Shannon Mitchell founded Wyze Home Care Agency in this midst of a global pandemic. She had always wanted to use her talents and experience to further assist the elderly community. Now that senior citizens were being most adversely affected by COVID-19, especially in assisted living facilities, it was time she expanded the consulting group she created the summer before. As the Client Relations Manager and Chief of Wyze, Shannon’s mission is to improve the quality of care for elderly populations and allow them to thrive wherever they call home. Before founding Wyze, Shannon enjoyed a long career in A/R at both large hospitals and small assisted living facilities in the greater Philadelphia area. Known for her experience and expertise with government insurance plans (Medicare and Medicaid), as well as, numerous private commercial insurance payers, Shannon continues to be tapped as a consultant.
